The software creates a connection between the e-commerce platform and the management system, allowing them to communicate and exchange data, so you can manage online sales within a single system.

Exporting orders

When the online store receives a new order, Merlin Connect acquires a file containing all the relevant information (billing data, items sold, payment method, etc.) and transmits it to the management system. In this way, all new orders are recorded in the company management system and made available for subsequent operations (preparation of shipping documents, invoices, etc.).

Importing products

To enter new products into the e-commerce system, simply add and configure them in the management system: the import procedure takes place automatically. Similarly, information on items already entered can be amended quickly and easily: once the necessary changes have been made in the management system, they are immediately recorded in the e-commerce platform.

Stock synchronisation

The connection between the e-commerce platform and the management system allows product inventories to be kept constantly up-to-date, even when the online platform is operating side-by-side with a physical point of sale. Everything that is purchased, both online and offline, is automatically recorded so actual product availability is always under control.

Managing customer details

Whenever orders are imported into the management system, the customer records are automatically updated: if they are new users, new customer records are created containing all the data provided; when customers are already registered in the system, the order history is updated with the latest purchases made.
